Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern the use of services provided by Telmont Montenegro d.o.o., Nikšić, Montenegro (PIB: 02848422). By using our services you accept these terms.

1. Services

Telmont provides web hosting, domain registration, web design and development, SEO, digital marketing and technical support. Scope, price and deadlines are defined by an offer or contract for each service separately.

2. Hosting and availability

  • Target availability of the hosting service is 99.9% annually, measured monthly, excluding pre-announced planned maintenance.
  • Backups are made according to the package (weekly or daily). Although we maintain redundancy, we recommend clients keep their own copies of critical data.
  • Use of hosting for illegal content, spam, phishing, malware distribution and infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Domains

Domains are registered on behalf of the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and timely renewal. Renewals are charged at prices valid on the renewal date.

4. Payment

  • Services are paid in advance, by bank transfer or PayPal, in EUR with VAT calculated per applicable Montenegrin regulations.
  • A proforma invoice is issued after ordering; a fiscal receipt is issued upon payment confirmation.
  • Non-payment within the stated deadline may lead to service suspension after a written warning.

5. Liability

Telmont is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by client omissions, third-party actions or force majeure. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.

6. Cancellation and termination

Hosting contracts can be cancelled in writing with a 30-day notice period. Telmont reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of breach of these terms, with prior warning except in urgent (security) cases.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms with notice on the website. The competent court is in Nikšić; the law of Montenegro applies.
