Fiscalization onboarding — step by step
How Telmont onboards fiscalization: analysis, certificate, premises and ENU registration, integration, Tax Administration test-server verification and go-live.
What fiscalization onboarding with Telmont looks like
The process is the same whether you run a single register in a boutique or a webshop with thousands of orders — only the integration scope differs. Our team leads the whole procedure.
1. Business analysis
We discuss your sales process: which invoice types you need (sale, advance, corrective, summary), how many premises and registers you have, how you get paid (cash, card, online) and whether an existing system needs fiscalization integration.
2. Digital certificate
We procure the qualified certificate from an authorized issuer — ordering, installation, configuration. Details: digital certificate.
3. SEP portal registration
We register your business premises and payment devices (ENU) on the Tax Administration's electronic registration service.
4. Integration
The fiscal module is built into your system — webshop, booking, POS, internal tool — or we deliver a standalone solution. All invoice types, deposits, reports, CIS error handling and offline mode.
5. Testing
Everything is first verified on the Tax Administration test environment — every invoice type, edge cases, connectivity loss. Only when everything passes do we move forward.
6. Production and support
Switch to the production CIS, short staff training, monitoring of the first invoices. After that — ongoing support: certificate renewal, regulation changes, new features.
What you provide
